We are very happy to welcome you all to preschool for another year of fun and learning! Every morning class is full with 16 children, eager to experience the joy of playing together, in the gym, in the classroom and outside in our playground. Mrs. Scheele will be teaching each morning with the help of Mrs. DeBoer on Mondays and Mrs. Kuipers the rest of the week. Mrs. Armstrong, our enhanced staff facilitator will be starting the year by working Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. We welcome Mrs. Overbeek as a volunteer in our program.
BIRTHDAYS: Jameson turns 4 on September 13! Nolan turns 3 on September 15! Lucas turns 3 on September 19 Jayce turns 3 on September 27! Levi turns 3 on September 27!
Our Annual General Meeting is planned for Tuesday, September 24 from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Please have one parent from your family attend to learn more about our program and help with some business decisions. The meeting will take place in our preschool classroom. If it is a struggle to find childcare for the meeting, children are allowed to come along and play quietly in the background.
Our fall trip to Appleland Station is planned for Monday, September 30, 2019. This is for all students of the preschool who are able to attend. There will be no class that morning. We will be travelling by chartered bus, unless you prefer to drive on your own.
We use the SEESAW app to communicate with preschool families. This app will be used to send photos of your child at preschool, reminders about special events, and notice of school closure due to inclement weather. Each family will receive a letter giving instructions on how to sign up for this app.
KEEP YOUR INFO UP TO DATE! If any of the information that you put on your child’s registration form changes, it is very important that you let us know! IE if you move, change jobs, change your phone number, or if your emergency contacts change phone numbers.
